Fluid Cylinders • Aircraft quality specialty stainless steel, proprietarily

           prestressed, to continuously withstand high pressure loading.

Manifolds •       Individual light weight stainless steel suction and discharge

           manifolds are easily removed for maintenance.

Valves and Seats • Heat treated stainless steel “Valve-in-Line” system.  All

           valves may be reconditioned by surface grinding.

Packings •       Low friction polymer materials with glass/carbon fiber fillers

      used with non-scoring  plungers give dripless service.

              Dripless packings are pressure lubricated by automatic closed

           loop circulated flow from the suction manifold.

Plungers •       Non-scoring, solid plating Ni. Of 40Cr

Power Fram  •       Precision machined high strength gray cast iron alloy casting with sturdily ribbed wall sections.

 Crankshaft •      Machined from a solid 4143H alloy billet with ground and polished journal bearing surfaces.

                         Shaft ends can be extended from either side of the power frame.

Main Bearings • Heavy-duty taper roller bearings.

Crossheads • Cylindrical type nodular iron castings with wrist pins of  hardened and ground alloy steel.

Extension Rod • Ground, burnished and polished stainless steel.

Connecting Rod Seals • Self-lubricating polymer.

Power End Lubrication • Splash type from crankshaft rotation into the oil bath.

 3) SUCTION PLUMBING                                    

Filter •       Single stainless steel bag filter ensures complete removal of

      solids down to ten microns to protect wear parts in the high- pressure pump.

Water Tank • Forty-four gallon polyurethane de-aeration tank with automatic

      high water and emergency low water level shutdown swiches.

Charge Pump• Charges filtered supply water from the water tank and delivers

           it to the high pressure pump at the proper Net Positive

     Suction Head (NPSH) to minimize cavitation and pulsation.

 4) DISCHARGE PLUMBIN                                  

  Connnections •    1/2” NPT (F) replaceable threaded series 50 type for 15,000 PSI rated service.

Pressure Gauge •     0 – 30,000 PSI liquid filled stainless steel gauge with a

           pulsation dampening snubber mounted for easy viewing.

Pressure Relief Valve• Dual rupture disc system set at 15% above the rated

          operating pressure to instantly alleviate potentially dangerous pressure build up.

Bypass Valve•      Manually controlled valve allows variable pressure and flow

          adjustment.
