Some items may not be deliverable to certain locations due to inventory or logistics constraints—your understanding is appreciated.

● If coupons or points were used, they will be refunded or voided according to our policy.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items

● Items damaged or with labels missing due to personal reasons;

二、退货政策
1. 退货条件

2. 退货流程

3. 退款说明
