This type of oil-water separator is specifically designed as an oil-water separation device for the process of treating crude oil sludge. The online pressure-limited oil-water separator is closely connected to the entire set of sludge treatment equipment in a sealed manner. By utilizing the pressure provided by the system, when the oil-water mixture passes through the baffles inside the oil-water separator, the water will separate out. After the oil droplets float to a certain height, they accumulate and automatically open the valve to flow out. When the oil level reaches a low position, the valve closes, achieving instantaneous large-flow separation of the oil from the oil-water mixture. The water can be repeatedly circulated within the system to achieve the oil-water separation of the entire cleaning system.

The scraper-type oil-water separator is an open-type specialized equipment for treating oil and water. Its principle is to transfer the oil-water mixture into the scraper-type oil-water separator, allowing the oil droplets to float and accumulate. Once a certain thickness is reached, the scraper will automatically scrape the oil off the surface and transfer it to the designated oil tank. The height of the oil in the tank is automatically controlled for drainage, thereby achieving oil-water separation in construction projects. The water can also be reused repeatedly.

This oil-water separator is used in conjunction with our company's mechanical cleaning equipment for crude oil storage tanks. Its processing capacity is 60-120 tons per hour. The treated water can be repeatedly reintroduced into the system for recycling, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
