The crude oil storage tank cleaning process involves using a three-dimensional rotating jet cleaning machine to release the cleaning medium into the area to be cleaned. The cleaning medium is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned under certain temperature, pressure and flow conditions. Through processes such as impact, stirring, dissolution and softening, the recovered and treated oil sludge after liquefaction is extracted through vacuum suction. Finally, through hot water rinsing, the oil sludge inside the entire storage tank is recovered, and the resulting storage tank is delivered to the user to meet the usage requirements of the customer.
